You agree that any dispute resolution will take place in the applicable courts of Pinellas County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Epic Media regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements on the same subject.
